When this game first came out it slipped by me, but after gettign it and playing it, it turn out it was probably one of the better games of 2003.  You are this person named Jade living on the planet of Hyllis.  Everything looks nice and peaceful at the beginning, but there is a problem, the planet has been under attack by the Domz you come from the moon.  The people of Hyllis rely on the Alpha Sections for protection.  The twist is Jade gets recruited by a group of rebels to find out and expose the truth.
Gameplay - The game has about everything you would ask for.  It has stealth, action, just driving around, chases, races, and even an air hockey type game.  To get around you have to drive around a hovercraft, but the craft will need upgrades at times.  To get upgrades to have to go into races, kill certain creatures, take enough pictures of wildlife, and even beat the master a bar game to get pearls that add up towards upgrades.  Sometimes the pearls are hidden in the enemies base and you have to get around stealthily to find them.  Also you will have to infiltrate enemy bases and take incriminating photos to help convince the commonfolk.
Graphics - As with many games the graphics aren't jaw dropping, but they fit the game.  For the most part the people and the graphics for actions in the game look smooth.  Some things could be better, but it doesn't really need to be.
Sound - The sound wonderful.  The music kicks in at perfect times and the type of music fits the situation perfectly.  Peoples voices are done extremely well.  Nothing sounds out of place at all.
Replay Factor - Not much here, unless you just want to get a picture of every singe species and get every pearl possible.  Other than that you will be satisfied with playing through once.

Gameplay - 9.5
Graphics - 8.8
Sound - 9.7
Replay Factor - 8.0
Overall - 9.0
