Max Payne returns in this thrilling love story to give you the best 10 hour ride of the year.
Pros : Excellent Gameplay and Physics, Cool Music/Soundtracks and Impeccable Presentation.
Cons : Way too short(I finsihed in 7 hours)
If you have played Max Payne, you have probably been waiting for this title ever since was announced a year back. You wont be disappointed...
A figure from Payne's past returns to mesmerize him on a routine NYPD expedition. Max cant get her out of his head and the rest follows. The game's engine has been noticeably revamped including the physics. You can knock off most of the things in the game, which feels nice ;) Bullet time has also been fine-tuned. The screen turns into a tone of sepia blue when you hit bullet time, the bullets hang in the air, and if you hit reload in bullet time, you are taken through a cool animation where Max ducks and swings 360 degree, reloading his gun with style in between. The noir style narrative has been kept intact from Max Payne 1. The dialogues are more witty than you ever heard before, and the game goes on a frantic pace and finishes too quickly leaving you asking for more.
