Cell Damage was an interisting consept for me when I first played it as a demo on the X-Box. Fast-foreward to about a year later, I see a used copy of it on the GameCube for less then $15.00. "Hey wow! This game was awesome when I played a demo of it on an X-Box" I said to myself, not remembering the fact that I played the game for a total of 5 minutes. So, I bought it, took at home and popped it into my GameCube.
At first, I thought this would be a colorful, hit-and-run bashing game that would keep me intertained for hours.
Bad Decicion.
Although Cell Damage isnt a compleate failure, it could use a few more revisions. When you begin the game, you notice the few available characters that you can play with, let alone the THREE you can unlock. The next problem I saw was how incredibly easy you can die in the game, no kidding! Sometimes you can die from one hit from an opponent. But, the game fixes this by letting you have unlimited lives. Basicly, this game is good, but it lacks many things like large levels and diffrent types of levels. You will get board easily from the 3 you can choose from: Capture The Flag, Racing, and your normal fighting matches. But, the worst thing this game can do to me, is to be so incredibly hard! To win a match, you need 500 hits on your opponents, that is if you want to unlock the other two. You have the option to lower the number, but you cannot unlock new levels, which are indeed very boring. Though this game has alot of unneeded things in it, I find it somewhat fun if you play with a friend in multiplayer, which brings out alot cheep laughs and victorys.
In conclusion, the game could use a few more levels and characters, but is a good multiplayer. The bottom line: DO NOT BUY IT! Rent it for a few bucks, the return it in less then a hour!
