I think it was a great idea to import this game to the PC, since there are precious few games that look and plays like that. It is true that the import (like all imports) suffers from low resolution problems, especially in the cut scenes and some spell effects. Other than that, it's a traditional Japanese RPG with over the top characters and villains, complicated plot and a sound battle system. The colorful, 3D anime look is refreshing, the dialog is mostly fun and, despite the disappointing ending cut scene, at the very end you get to travel around and see what the characters did with their lives. A rare bonus in any RPG. If you like its look and the Japanese RPG mentality in general you should see this, after playing FFVII-VIII.
