This was a fun game, but not as good as Harvest Moon: Back to Nature. Perhaps it was the time and money the developers put into upgrading the graphics, but a lot of what made the previous Harvest Moon games great is missing from Save the Homeland. You have such a small garden, you can't grow enough crops to make it interesting. And the day/night cycle is just too fast to be able to get anything done. Hopefully the next game (coming to the Game Cube...can't these guys decide on a platform???) will be better.
