I was more skeptical than most upon the purchase of this game. Two-dimensional games haven't sat with me recently so I was Joe's toughest critic.
I wasn't dissapointed. This is a must purchase for every gamecube owner. The gameplay, music, graphics, storyline, etc, etc, is triple any game on any console in the same genre.
The gameplay is what makes it so fun. Theres slow motion to cream enemies hit by hit, fast motion to kill them quickly, zoom in to use special moves. Bombs and Voomerangs are also present.
The graphics make you really feel a part of the cartoon. Even though its a '2d' game your still turning corners and walsing through dinner tables, over chandaliers, and over cliffs via bus.
I don't care how crappy you think the screenshots are, you must buy this game.
