Well, for starters, I like the game. It's probably the best top-view shooter out there, but I still have a few beefs for it.
First, the things that I like.
The graphics are great. I love the new idea of 'swallowing' bullets. Switching colors is a great idea, and the level set-up's are nice as well.
I hate the high-score system, especially with two player. There is no individual high-scores, and if you continue your first high-score goes down the toilet.
The main thing that PISSES ME OFF is that it says you can enter your high score on ikaruga.com, but now you can't because the Tourneyment is over. Gay. Thats the main reason I bought the game. Geez.
Another thing, just so you know, I suck at it. So I have only played up to half the 4th level. This doesn't provide me with a whole lot of variety. (And this is on EASY with ALL the continues) Just not a lot of variety... Anyone else feel the same way?
But I guess, as the game says, nothing comes without a price... And I haven't really paid the price to be a PRO at it. In fact, after one or two games my eyes hurt.
