Mega Man returns, in all his 3-D glory. Lots of fast-paced explosive action in ths game. Honestly, it surprises me that it didn't take off better, as this is a pretty solid title. Lots of goodies to find in an RPG-action game that retains the platforming and shooting that make the MM series great. The graphics are a little weak, but the controls are dead-on and crisp. The Mega Buster can be configured, leading to dozens of combinations, capable of raining fire in any situation, and the special weapons are very cool (most of them anyway). The mini-games are OK, but nothing to get excited over. Replay value is also good, as you'll find something new every time you delve into the expansive Kattleox Island.
