This game only gets a 9 rating from me because of the internet play. That was the only thing missing from the X-Box version.
One of the best features from the X-Box version was the Co-op mode which was not present on the PC. The Campaign mode is fun, but it gets boring after you beat it a few times.
As with the X-Box the graphics and sounds were excellent on the PC. The new multiplayer weapons and levels looked great and were just as fun to use. The flamethrower fries everything in it's path, and the fuel rod gun deals some heavy damage.
Even being released well after the X-Box version it is still a fine game, and should be considered one of the finest fps for the PC.
