"Holy crap, that was cool" is what you'll say over and over again before you beat this game. I and thousands of other PC gamers have been waiting for this game forever, and guess what, six years is worth the wait. Half-Life 2 is borderline perfection. All that crap they say about needing a supercomputer to run this is all BS because I ran the game at medium graphics levels on a machine with 512 RAM, 128 video card, and 2.6 GHz. If you have a computer made in the last year, you should be fine. Everything is this game is done flawlessly. The graphics are easily the best I've ever seen, and the gameplay is even better than the original Half-Life. The soundtrack of Half-Life 2 is what sets the mood for most of the levels. One of the levels will remain in your memory for years, and is the most intense 30 minutes of my life. There are so many ways to kill people this time around. You can shoot them with over 10 weapons, run them over in a bigey or a fan boat, burn them with gas tanks just to listen to them scream. I personally enjoyed killing eight zombies with the same cinder block using the gravity gun.
So buy Half-Life 2 now and thank me later.
