Rare attempted to make this game similar to a Zelda game, but it unfortunately involved too much item collecting and not enough exploration. The gameplay actually is fairly linear, but is still very fun. The graphics are amazing and the overall design is good. It is very different from a classic Star Fox game, but luckily does involve some space shooting action. While I was playing this game it seemed absolutely great, but looking back, there were a few faults such as that it wasn't too long or that after you beat it there is nothing to do. Yet, I still believe it is a great game because there are great temples and superb bosses. If Rare had spent a little bit more time touching it up, it would have been excellent. I would rate this game an 8.4 out of 10.
