This game needs only one word to describe it. WOW!!! This is easily the best game I have ever played, and one of the more difficult ones. Not only did FF keep me in the game, but they forced me to keep playing until it was finished. I have always been able to put a game down and step away, but not with this one. The graphics were amazing. I couldn't believe how good they looked, considering they were from 2001. I did have a few minor problems with the game. The storyline was way too complicated. I got the major part of the story, but the details were way too complicated. Also, I wasn't real pleased with how the story ended, but maybe the makers were just setting up the story for the new sequel that has come out. But what a game. The storyline kept me riveted and made me want to play more, and that is always a good thing in a game. I gave the game a ten, but I think it deserves something even higher, like a 12, just for the level of detail and the quality of the story. I hope FFX-2 is just as good or better than FFX.
