I have to say that this one of the best games on the Xbox.  It doesn't contain the freedom of the GTA3 or GTAVC, but there are points where you are free to drive around and your bose will radio you telling you of a crime that might be happening a couple blocks down the road.  Some of the crimes are fights, shoot-outs, racing, stealing or just plain looking gulity (walk up to a person and frisk them, you never know what you might find).  But this game is like three for one.  You get your dose of fighting, which uses kung fu type kicks, punches, and grapples.  You get you dose driving, which insn't that special but there are plenty of cool cars to steal, i mean "borrow".  But I think the shooting part of the game is the best.  You get the slow-motion effects which is the best thing to happen to shooting games since guns.  Lets get deeper into the gameplay.

The controls might take some getting use to because to do certain things it requires you to hit two buttons at the same time (ex.  you meant to throw on some cuffs to a bad guy, but threw a punch instead).  Sound is good using urban sounds and rap music.  The big thing here is the overall gameplay.  In one word bestsweetgreatamazinggame!  The only thing I can think of bad about the game is...........i'll come back to this when I think of one.  But to sum it up, for $50 you get your moneys worth.
