Grand Theft Auto is a fun game and will always be a fun game. When it was announced that it was coming out for xbox no could wait. My brother got the game and I played it. As far as I can see all the missions are the same, and they didn't put more of a city in the game. What changed was some, I repeat some graphic changes. Particuarly shinyness on cars. I'm not saying by looking at both the ps2 and the xbox version it's going to make ps2 look pitiful. Everything is still blocky even in the xbox version. One thing I think realy was improved upon was the loading time. Everyone knows when you put in GTA in ps2 you tipically put on t.v. watch the entire show and maybe it'll be done loading. On the xbox you can go to the kitchen and get something to eat, come back and the cops will already have busted you.
AS far as gameplay goes it's the same thing. I have to say going to my freinds house and playing it all the time was really fun on his ps2. Now that my brother has it for xbox all of a sudden the game got boring. Nothing was really changed game play wise. I don't know maybe it feels boring because I just got the game True Crime.
Bottem line, when a game comes out for a different consel one year after it was released for another consel the game, even if it was always fun, will become boring.
