When you first buy this game give yourself a little while to learn the controls because they are confusing.
The graphics in True Crime Streets of LA are above average in my opinion, i find that the bodies of people walking around in the city to be much more life-like then those in The Grand Theft Auto Doublepack. I am also very happy with the games performance and its ability to not make you wait for long loading times and freezing. The game does unfortuanatly have a few glitches i have been driving in the grass before then went flying though the air.
One great thing about this game is the deep fighting system. To me i believe this is what gives True Crimes streets of LA a little bit more of a fun factor than grandtheft auto. As you play through the game you are able to learn more fighting techniques, Driving Techniques, and better personal guns.
This game has a fairly average lifespan. It gives you the ability to skip certain missions if they are to tough for you. Just come back anytime and beat them. It also has alternative missions you can play as a bonus. Once you have completed the game you can go around and collect the dog bones to unlock a special playable charactor..... Snoop Doggy Dog!
The game has way above average sound. It comes loaded with a great gangsta rap soundtrack to help give you LA's gangster feeling.
I feel that this game is well worth the $50.00 that you will spend on it. If you like shooting/fighting games with freedom to kill who you feel and drive where you like then True Crimes Streets of LA is for you.
