Namco Museum consists of 5 classic arcade games from the early 80s. Some are still very fun to play and some have not aged very well. Here is my opinion of each game:
Ms. Pac Man-8.0/10
Pac Man is one classic that never gets old and Ms. Pac Man is no exception. The only annoyance is the screen has to scroll but its bearable.
Galaga-8.0/10
In my opinion, this is the best of the five games. Galaga is a timeless shooter in which waves of enemies swarm down at you. Getting your ship stolen and then ending up with double-fire power is extremely cool.
Galaxian-5.5/10
Another classic shooter, Galaxian falls way short of Galaga in terms of fun. Galaga's quick-paced action is substituted by a very slow and quite boring experience.
Pole Position-4.0/10
This quite ancient racing game is simply boring by today's standards. You drive around a track with your only objective to finish before the time runs out. The control is poor and the game is just not fun to play at all.
Dig Dug-6.5/10
This game is about a guy who digs around undergroud and tries to inflate enemies which then explode before they reach the surface and escape. It is a unique and decently fun game.
