I'm writing this review to spare others the pain of actually buying this game. There is a reason you won't find this game on store shelves in the US. It's because it's one of the worst games to come out for the PC... ever.
First, let's talk graphics, the game tries to take a "retro" Atari 2600-game look, but puts it in 3d and requires a pretty modern system (2005) to run nicely. The graphics are just flat out bad. They look worse, in fact, than most Atari 2600 games did artistically. They also lack any real technical appeal besides a subltle glow effect and some other shader doodads. The sound also mimics the classic Atari games, which makes this one of the worst sounding PC games in decades.
Apparently, the game's makers really liked classic games, because much of the gameplay also is reminiscant of old console games, but not the good ones... The game will instantly remind you of ancient console titles where hit detection was awful and the control was unforgiving. There is little pressure put on the player early in the game and little reason to keep playing. The game takes the mouse gestures from Black and White, but also requires you to hold down a key while activating them. The interface is very clunky for a game so utterly simple as well.
As you can see, I did not enjoy the game, there is no hidden gem in this one, it's not a Robotron 2084 or Yar's Revenge in 3d... It's a genuine stinker.
