Caesar III is math puzzle buried under a colorful veneer.
Not that there is anything wrong with that. Caesar III takes the awkward management systems of Caesar II and smoothly integrates it all onto one bustling city map.

At start of my computer gaming experience I hate strategy games and similar, especially those of building and managing sa this one, but after I have tried it no one was able to let me stop playing it, and who's talking is a FPS fanatic, so this...

I've always been interested in the history of the Romans, and was glad to find a good city building game with that theme.
I don't know why, there are only a few maps and campaigns to play, yet this is one of the few games that I always...

To be honest - something that isn't part of my persona - this game is lots of fun.
Last "building game" I played was Sim City 2000 which was also a good game. This is quite similar but is set in the "great" days of "great" Rome. Your...

Caesar III was the first city-building game I tried, and I was immediately hooked. Great graphics, reasonably simple concepts. You get to build a city, provide what the inhabitants need, make money by trade and taxes and wage war on anyone who...

Rome is one of my favorite time periods as should most of your guy's be. So when Caeser III came out I was excited becasue you get to command an army, run people's lives, what could be better? Almost nothing that's what. So if you like Roman...

Caesar III was a far to complex game but of course i didn't find that out until i looked in the box and saw how thick the book was. the only aspect of the game that i found some what intresting was the graphics and that was not enough to keep me...

The game had a good concept. I thought it was a great game but there were 2 things that made me give the game a such low ranking. The first thing was the constant fires and the sudden building collapses even when I had engineers and the people who...

A good game, it often finds itself getting boring. Whilst in Sim City, you can get into the mood and build up a massive city in anything up to 5 or 6 hours, if you go at it, in this game, to build up a massive city is more likely to take 5-6...

A good game overall,it was great to start off on your version of the great Roman empire with the chance to become Caesar. I loved the citizens and their problems, my only quirk with it is that after some time the missions get really repititous...

A pretty good game. I like Age of Empire a bit more with more fighting involved. Caesar III is a better game when it comes to building own own civilization but Civilization III is the best at...

A fun and challenging city building game with the added twist of defending it from neighboring enemies. It is hard to keep all your people happy, but it is nice to be able to click on them to find out what they want to be...
