Ah, KOTOR2: Sith Lords, my sweet embrace, but sour on intake.

Knights of the Old Republic II: Sith Lords takes place some years after the incidents of the first game.  You are a fallen Jedi, exiled from the Force for reasons you shall discover later.  You find yourself being hunted down by bounty hunters and Sith alike.  However, finding friends along the way helps you in your journey.

KOTOR 2 follows the same patterns of the first game really, which is a blessin to some, a curse to others.  Some will find it familiar territory and will catch on quick.  Others may shun this game as it really hasn't taken off from the first game.

However, the familiar game system was great.  If it aint broke - don't fix it.  The fighting system is really fun.  It's a D&D stat controlled combat.  You select your action, and your character performs it.  Turn based with real time action flavor as you can't expect to select one action and it'll all be great; you must continue watching over your character.

Your party members will work with you and make their own decisions depending on the battle fair, but you may switch your control to them so you can make more percise and better battle tatics.

Armor and weapons can be upgraded using workbenches, just like in the first game.  Lab Stations are included to make and break items.  Certain skills have gotten more focus as well.  Security is now more valuable as you will want it for unlocking crates as just bashing doesn't cut it anymore; you may inadvertinly break an item.

Speaking of items, every crate you open has random items.  They all fall in the same catagory most of the time, but the specifics of what the item will be is completely random.

The beef most will have with this game is the lag and loading.  Much loading is needed when going into a new area and you'll be doing alot of that.  Lag can occur easily during big battles with lots of explosions and powers a foot.

The game has filler fun such as unlockable soundtracks and watching CGI movies over again, although most arn't that thrilling to watch again.

Overall I give the game a 9/10.  It lost points with lag, loading, and lack of creativity from the first.
