Few Gaming Icons are even half as recongnized as Mario and no gaming icon has produced more quality games over the years. So when a new mario game comes out is no surprise that game might end up being a classic. That is why SMS is truly a groundbreaking game for the NGC.
Graphics: This game really takes advantage of what the gamecube can do. Beautiful rainbow color backgrounds.(A+)
Sound: Very catchy tunes and some fitting level themes.(A-)
Gameplay: Definition of pure fun. The controls and level design come together beautifully for a must-play game. (A)
Story: The plot ain't nothing that will be remember years from now but fits the game perfectly. (B)
Lasting Appeal: Theres 120 Shines Sprites to get in this game. Very fun thing that will keep you entertain for hours, even months. (A)
Overall: This game truly is a great. This is one Beautiful game. Truly a mario classic. The third best mario game I have ever played. One of Miyamoto's best works. Buy this game because you won't regret at all. (A+)
