There's no way you can review GTA 3 & Vice City Xbox without a basic comparison to the PS2 versions. They are the same game. Essentially there's no difference between the two platforms... at least not as far as the layout is concerned. And if you're of the opinion that the PS2 version is good, then this is just as good a game, and if you don't like the PS2 GTA series... Xbox probably isn't going to make it play that much better. But I'll tell you, Xbox makes it LOOK so much better (use whatever hyperbole you need to make me stress this point)The Graphics POP out at you, maybe this is my HD TV talking, but the reflections on all the cars, the minimal (but still visiable) pop-up and water effects are greatly improved on the xbox. And loading time, oh lord, this game plays like something new because you don't have to watch an episode of Seinfeld in-between cities anymore. Seconds to load and improved graphics; it makes a great difference in the quality of already enjoyable games.
