At first I played the demo and the control felt odd.  On Christmas day my uncle bought the game for me and everything felt better.  I played for 3 hours and didn't let go.  The game is really good.  You play as Joe, who's girl got kidnapped by the movie world villain.  Joe's hero in the movie world, Captain Blue was killed by a villain.  Joe went in the movie world to save his girl.  When Joe enters the movie world he encounters robot looking people and fights them.  The game is solid. Joe fights like if he was in DragonBall Z but his outfit is from the Power Rangers.  Captain Blue helps out Joe along the way and helping him transform to Viewtiful Joe.  Once you run out of movie magic the screen gets grainy until the movie magic goes up one gauge and you turn back into Viewtiful Joe.  If you're not Viewtiful many of the specials you buy along the way can't be used, like boomerang or FX.  Once you turn Viewtiful you can slow down time and hit targets harder but you also slow down making you move very slow.  When you fast forward you can hit many targets at once and being able to get items you can't get while you're cold (regular).  The game is all 2D but it look pretty good.  In a point of the game Joe decides to save the world rather than his girl.  I'm not going to spoil anything else.  But he does have some pretty cool moves and excelent handle of the control.  A, jump, X, Y, X, X, Y, Hold R, Y, Y back X...
