Being the first of many expansion packs to The Sims (PC), I think that it is not a bad expansion pack. This expansion pack has its up and downs. The graphics didn't change much, and I didn't think that they needed too. The sound effects are still great with a few new additional sound effects. However, I would like to see a bit more sound effects for The Sims, since I play it a lot, which means the sound effects become repetitive after a while so I think that this game should have more sound effect in the next expansion pack. The replay value is still the same for me, this expansion adds like 3 minimum hours of gameplay if you want to explore all the things that it added. I personally, think that this expansion pack did not improve the gameplay too much. I hope that the other expansion packs that come out for this game are more revolutionary then this expansion pack did. I would recommend this expansion pack to you only if you really like The Sims, but if you liked it so-so then maybe you should skip this expansion pack and look for a better expansion pack to come out.
