I was really disappointed with this game; well maybe not that disappointed because I had a feeling that this game wouldn't be as good as it was suppose to be. For a 2003 game this game should of and could of have been a lot better. Lets begin with the gameplay; the gameplay isn't too bad… for a 1999 PC game, however this is a 2003 game. Compared to other 2003 FPSers this game is just worthless. The gameplay it self seems as if it is the gameplay of a 1999 FPS game. I do not know what was going on in the minds of the developers but I can say that they where a couple years behind… in fact I think that they where still living in the year 1999 and not 2003. The gameplay is so bad that you can't even compare it to any 2003 FPS. I don't think that there was a worse FPS then this that came out in 2003. The storyline is good but it just doesn't make this game stand out (storyline wise) then any other FPS. The replay value is very low due to the fact that the game's gameplay is only 4 years behind its time and the storyline doesn't make this game stand out too much. Multiplayer… is not too great; I mean there is a multiplayer there but I play it once and that was enough, I just moved on to another FPS game. The graphics of this game are like the gameplay of this game and are also a couple of years behind, they defiantly could have been a lot better then they are. The sound effects have lots of glitches. For example, I killed an officer and 3 seconds after that the sound effect came of him screaming when he was already dead. In my opinion, overall this is one of the worst FPS shooters that I have played on the PC. I defiantly do not recommend it to any gamer… in fact the only thing I recommend to you about this game is to stay as far away from it as you can.
