I think that this is one of the best Mortal Kombat games on the SNES that I have played. The reason I like this Mortal Kombat more then any other Mortal Kombat is because there is not only a great selection of characters and environments but they add tournaments to the game to increase the fun of playing with a friend. I was waiting a long time for them to do this. The gameplay is better then ever. Like I said there is a great selection of characters and environments in this game. The new tournament option is great, it helped increase the replay value for this fighting game series, well at least for me. The replay value is so much better then it was with every other Mortal Kombat game on the SNES. After you get done playing the campaign mode and you get bored of 1vs1 action try the new tournaments added. The graphics have not changed that much from the last Mortal Kombat game that I have played but I do have to admit that they did get better. The sound effects are still the same on point sound effects that have been there since the first Mortal Kombat game on the SNES. I highly recommend this game to all gamers with an SNES console. It really has improved a long way since the first Mortal Kombat game. I am really impressed with this game. Like I said if you have an SNES console and enjoy fighting games then this game is a must have for you.
