Easily one of the best platforming games of 2003. This was a game that I played on a demo disc that came with the PS2 version of Soul Calibur 2 that one of my friends got. When I first played it, I was hooked, and wanted to own it. When it came out, I overlooked it. One day, I was scrolling through my local game store only to notice that the PS2 version of I-Ninja had dropped to $30. Cha-ching. Bought. I started playing it and couldn't put it down til I was done! You take the role of a ninja named...well, Ninja, and must collect the 4 Rage Stones in order to bring your dead Sensei back! Traveling through the levels, you will find many cool enemies to kill, some puzzles to solve, and a whole lot of ways to use items and weapons. This game even has weapon upgrades that you get depending on the number of enemies you have disposed of. There is so much that I want to say about this game, but it would give away a lot of it. So, my suggestion is to go find one of the three consolse versions, pay the now oh-so-cheap $20 for it, and play it!! It's a platforming game with some originality and lots of fun. It won't let you down and it will keep you busy for the time being.
Graphics: Great and manga-style! (even though the game was made in Europe...)
Gameplay: Very awesome. Haven't that much fun with a platformer since Mario Sunshine.
Music: Nothing remarkable, but catchy nonetheless.
Controls: For the PS2 I got, they are very good. Simple.
Replayabilty: Depends. Medium if you get all the grades, moderately high if you don't.
