This is possibly the greatest game I have ever played, no doubt the best Final Fantasy. From the very start where Cloud jumps out of a train to the very end where meteor is about to collide into the planet this game has you hooked. The cast of characters is amazing, and the battle system really had you on the edge of your seat since it isn't turn based and the enemy can attack your party any second. The only thing that takes away from this wonderful game is the materia. Materia in FF7 are these magic orbs that give powers to anyone who has it equiped. So this means anyone can do anything no matter what their character is. For example Cloud (the main character) could be bragging about how good he is with his sword, then in a battle he could be casting thunder on a bunch of monsters. Not to say that every character is good with magic, but in most cases anyone can do anything. The side quests are good too, and have amazing rewards-howver the chocobo raising and racing may make you temporarily insane. Dont get me wrong this is an EXCELLENT game. I suggest this game to anyone. However if you're not and Rpg type of person then stick to GTA Vice city.
