I love you Sonic. I grew up playing you, and so I bought your knew game, and I love it. It is just basically Sonic. Everything is there. The game starts itself up just like it would on the genesis, which was a nice touch. As soon as I turned the game on I was hoping to see my little blue friend race across the screen and hear SEEEEEGAAAAA!, just like in the old days, and it happened. Well the Sonic formula has worked since the game was introduced, and it still works. You can play sonic 1, 2, 3, 3D, Sonic and Knuckles, Dr. Robotnik's Mean Bean Machine, and Sonic Spinball. Mean Bean Machine is similar to tetris, more of a tetris attack type game. It may look like just a filler game at first glance, but it is actually a very fun game. Along with the games there is also some artwork of sonic, a few movie clips, and even the original instruction booklets. They have the sega controller when they explain controls. The game's only downfall is the cheesey menu screens and the fact that you can't save in the games that wouldn't save on the genesis. (i know its realistic but...) that is not enough to steer anyone away from this game though. I give it an above average 6 out of 10.
