Complete the following tasks in Multi Mission mode to unlock specific tables for play individually in Single Mission mode.

| Artifact Temple | Collect twelve Artifacts. When given the choice to warp to a different level, select Artifact Temple. Simply entering will unlock it. |
| Impact Crater | Beat the six-ball mini-game in Artifact Temple and select to go to Impact Crater. Defeat Metroid Prime |
| Phazon Mines | Beat the Omega Pirate |
| Phendrana Drifts | Beat Thardus |
