Crossover Points Minigame
Because this game can't link to Boktai 2 to earn Crossover Points, this new system was created to give them to you. By Slotting in Boktai 1, 2 or 3, the Samurai Statue in GargoyleCastle turns into an Otenko Statue, and the 100 Warrior wacking minigame turns into a 1000 bat wacking minigame for crossover points. Also, an Zoktai trader appears in Oran Area 2 to exchange your Crossover Points for chips

ForteXX
If you get all seven symbols and defeat NebulaGrey SP in one version of the game, ForteXX replaces ForteSP in the opposing version. Example: Defeat NebulaGrey SP in Team of Blues, and you will unlock ForteXX in Team of Colonel.
ForteXX has a 150 regenerating Black Barrier, 4000 HP, and much more powerful attacks.

VS. Forte XX
Forte XX can be fought through slotting in "Rockman EXE", "Rockman EXE 2", "Rockman EXE 3", Rockman EXE 4", "Rockman EXE 4.5", and "Rockman EXE 5" through the W Gate and saving successfuly after will replace Forte SP with Forte XX.
Note that you will have to have Forte Cross Rockman or Sol Cross Rockman enabled to make Forte SP get replaced by Forte XX. Any version of Rockman EXE 3, Rockman EXE 4, and Rockman EXE 5 can be used to unlock Forte XX. If you aren't using Forte Cross Rockman or Sol Cross Rockman, you'll only fight Forte SP.

Easy Zenny
A easy way to make Zenny is during or after Cosmoman's liberation mission. Get NumberMan to search the 3 item panels straight ahead of the start point. You should get 1800 Zenny. Retreat and restart the mission. The item panels will be back, along with the 1800 Zenny. Repeat until you have all the zenny you need.

Glitches
Use Medi's Liberation Ability at No Cost
This glitch works in the Japanese version of the game only; it was removed in the European and American versions.
First, get into a Liberation Mission and walk Medi up to a panel and select the TwinLiberate ability. Two panels (the one Medi is at and the one at the other end of the row) will be outlined in green. However, select 'No' when Medi asks you to use TwinLiberate.
Switch to another Navi (don't do anything else before this!) and take him to the second panel that was outlined in green (not the one Medi was at) and press 'A' on the panel. See how the command changed from 'Liberate' to 'TwinLiberate', and how that panel and one Medi is at are now outlined in green? Select 'TwinLiberate' and if you win, it will function exactly like Medi's ability - without the Order Point cost.

Boktai 2 Crossover Battle Mode
With attaching the Wireless Adapter before the Title Screen appears. Under Continue you will get Crossover Battle Mode.
With this mode you can face Shademan and link up Wirelessly to Boktai 2 to see who the fastest is to beat Shademan using the EXE 5 and Boktai 2 System.
Requires Two Wireless Adapters.

Unlimited Money
After winning the End Area 5 Liberation Mission, there will be a gold Mr. Prog there who will recreate the battle. Talk to him and start the battle. Send a Navi to liberate the first item square and you should obtain 1800 Zennys. Next, retreat. You will leave the battle, however you will keep the 1800 Zennys. Repeat as many times as you want for more Zennys.
