Follow the methods below for the desired unlockable:

Beat Story mode once	3rd costume for all characters
Win 1,976 rounds	4th skin
Play for 20 hours (as defined by the stats screen)	8th skin
Beat Story mode once.	Bastion
Beat Story Mode with Magneto	Bastion and two extra stages
Beat Arcade mode with Gambit	Bishop
Simply unlock Bishop and beat arcade mode with him.	Blob
You need 40 wins in survival Mode with one person	Costume eight
You have to beat Arcade Mode with everyone on hard	Costume five
You must get 20 wins in Survival Mode with all characters	Costume four
You must beat Time Attack mode with everyone, with in the time limit given	Costume six
Lose Story Mode as Magneto, then a small clip will play, you must now beat Bastion with Pheonix	Dark Pheonix
Beat Arcade mode with Betsy (the Pyslocke that is a playable character from the beginning of the game).	Psylocke (hidden version)
Defeat arcade mode using Cyclops	Sentinel A
You must get 20 wins in Survival Mode	Sentinel B
Win 1,066 rounds and play the game for over 50 hours (as specified by the stats page)	Unlock Everything - The Long Way
