Unlock "Black Bomb" item
To unlock the black bomb item, you must eat 5 ghosts with the Pac-Mobile in any of the cups. Once it is unlocked, you can use it in any of the game's modes as an item.

Unlock Cups
Nore: Cups will only be unlocked for the difficulty at which you play the required cups to unlock it. (i.e. beating the Watermelon Cup on Normal will only get you the Classic Cup for Normal)
