Play As Kuroko
At the character select screen:
Up, down, left, up, down, right and then press the A button.
Note that Kuroko can be selectable only in versus mode.

Unlock Blood Mode
Put the cursor on exit then press: A+B+C+D while at options. Then choose Japan as the country and exit options. Afterwards choose USA as the country.
