Level Select
Start the game using the hospital -L<level number> command line, it will then open the game is the level you want.

Level Skip
When you are on the board screen (just before the level), press the C button. Then click on the level you want to skip to. Note that the pointer might be hidden, but it's still there.

Shoot Rats
Press buttons 7287 on the fax machine to shoot rats at the end of the level.

Super Cheats
The first thing you do is open a green ? fax and enter 24328 on the pad then press the big button in the top right. Return to the game and press any of the following:

Glitches
Get rid of Epidemic event
When an epidemic event happened, before the time is up (when the Health Minister showed up on your map), delete the reception table. Wait or hasten the timer (by sending one of the infected patient home), when the time is up, the Health Minister will not show up because there is no where to go to. After that, re-place your reception table and the epidemic will not happen again.

Secrets
Get rid of garbage easily.
Whenever you have trash or vomit around, simply pick up a bench, fire extinghuisher, radiator or a drinks machine, and place it on the garbage. It will dissappear instantly! You can now return the object to it original place.

To get to the rat shoot level without cheating shoot (left click on)a lot of rats in a hospital (i killed 10 and got to it)
