Set your Windows clock to December 25 (Christmas Day). A new part, the Santa Claus Lamp, will be unlocked at the very bottom of the Parts Bin.

More Hidden Puzzle Parts
Set your Windows clock to February 14th (Valentine's Day) and a Cupid part will appear at the bottom of the Parts bin. Set it to March 17th (St. Patrick's Day) and a Leprechaun part will appear at the bottom of the Parts Bin. Set it to October 31st (Halloween) and a Bat part will appear at the bottom of the Parts Bin.
