Glitches
Firework Money
If you're in need of money, find $750 and buy fireworks. Launch it, and as it's coming back down to the ground, go into buy mode. Click on the firework itself, not the launcher, and sell for about $2,000. Repeat as neccesary.

Free Skills!
On the make-a-family screen, start everyone out as a kid. Then use the ''edit selected sim'' button to go back and change them to adults. When you start the game, your adults will have earned a bunch of job skills with no sweat or time spent!
