The first expansion to Joint Operations: Typhoon Rising takes you to other parts of Asia, where rebel troops have gained support in the war against the newly reinforced Joint Ops forces. Each location features new vehicles and environments set against the backdrop of Southeast Asia. The game lets you take part in modern combat played out in both solo missions and online multiplayer battles. Joint Operations: Escalation also lets you make airborne insertions into hot zones via parachute.
