On your 1st trip to the volcano with dr-talico,you can find a phoenix feather while searching in the cave or you can find it in the phoenix statue on your second trip.Use it when combining to get a Phoenix.

Get the Joker
Go with Dr. Talico a second time to the volcano. Take the 1st right and then follow a trail until you reach a large building with stairs. Search until you find a mask. Now combine with any monster to get a Joker.
