Dodging seemingly undodgable boss attacks

In the boss battle where Hyuka has to battle her own brother, her brother will throw some homing shurikens which seems undodgable. However, by pressing Select and Items, then returning to the game, the homing shurikens would disappear.

Jumping is also extremely useful in dodging fatal Boss attacks such as Kijiro's Moon Slash and Priest's Bodyslam.
