Unlockables
Unlock The Photo Album & All Photos
Finish the game once (getting endings #5-7 don't count as finishing the game) to unlock the photo album on the main menu ("???" will be replaced by "Special"). However, you must play through the game twice in order to unlock ALL of the photos in the album. One time go to Karen's house, the other go to the amusement park. Also, be sure to give Karen the umbrella when it starts raining (Financial District) in order to unlock photo #4.

Secrets
Secret Room In Water System
Choose to go to Karen's house. Reach the water system area (after her house and the subway) in under 2 hours and 30 minutes (total game play time). The gate to the control room will be open (otherwise it'll be locked). Inside you'll find the "CC Compass" and some other goodies.
