In dynasty mode, create a player with the name "Trey Smith". You don't need to alter any of his ratings, make him active or even use him, just enter the name only and create. Go back to the challenge items screen and you should have all the level 2 items.

Special Players Codes
Choose "Creation Zone: from the main menu, then select the "Create-A-Player" option. Next, enter any of the following names in their respective First and Last names fields. You will then need to draft the creates players to your team from the "Trade Players" option in the "Manage Rosters" menu in order to play them, look for the created player in the "Extra" section.

Glitches
Select opponent's pitcher in Dynasty Mode
In Dynasty mode, during the pitcher select screen before a game, move to the opponent's pitcher list. Scroll and highlight any pitcher you want to face, and move back over to your list. The desired opposing pitcher will still be highlighted in yellow, and will start the game. You can easily pick fatigued, bad, or left/right handed pitchers this way.
